Calendly is a handy dandy automated scheduling app that makes booking appointments a breeze! With just a few clicks, you can create your event, set your availability, appointment times, and duration of appointments.
Once your event has been created, simply share the link in a mass email (check our past tip on professional en mass emails) and you’re on your way. Our lovely buyers will be able to click the link and peruse available appointment times that best fit their schedule. Once they find a time that works best for them, they simply fill out the store name, email and add any additional notes needed for the appointment.
Here’s the best part…once they click the “Schedule Event” button, a reminder automatically shows up in your phone calendar and theirs to remind them of the appointment. It’s seriously that simple!
There’s no going back to the old ways now.
